This product is entirely based on vine, the components of which show a definite action on the arterial, capillary and venous circulatory system integrity.
The PCO of grapes (Pro Cyanidolic oligomers or proanthocyanidins) are anti-oxidant molecules that have a positive action on the cardiovascular system which has been proved a long time ago (prof. Masquelier 1950). The whole of the vascular system (arteries, capillaries, veins) must have both supple and strong walls thanks to the collagen and elastin. It is at this level that the POC which are in the raisins marc powder and the red vine leaves of RAISINOL take action.
The resveratrol is a polyphenol contained in the grapes and wine. A lot of scientific releases have shown the good effect of Resveratrol to prevent the coronary failure as well as the inflammatory problems and the ageing process in general.
This substance can be found in particular in the skin of grapes, it is also extracted from the Knotgrass (polygonumcuspidatum) and also partly from the cocoa beans. The strong antioxidantactivity of the resveratrol stops the peroxidation of the LDL cholesterol, which protects the cardiac vessels from obstructing deposits. It has also an anti-inflammatory and anti-aggregating platelet activity preventing once more the obstructing deposits on the cardiac arteries. At last, a lot ofpublications put forward reports on experimental proofs of a longer life expectancy (for mice) clearlydue to resveratrol.
Raisinol is particularly advisable in long term treatments to prevent the cardio-vascular risks and in case of brain circulation failure, problems of mental concentration, memory loss and all the brain troubles that come with ageing.
