Carica Papaya(papaya): yields a tropical fruit that is fermented in alcohol at low temperature for 8 to 10 months. Papaya has a natural antioxidant action that is multiplied by the fermentation process. The same is true of its immuno stimulant action. Indeed, the product is beneficial for its dual function:
