Mare’s milk is generally considered to be a powerful restorative, promoting remineralisation in elderly people, enhancing resistance to infections, with protection against the effects of aging, and stimulating cerebral functions. (Note the possibility of cross allergies between mare’s milk and cow’s milk!).
Eleutherococcus: this “Siberian ginseng” is an “adaptogen”, a “normaliser of pathological situations”. The eleutherococcus root makes it possible to facilitate physical efforts, increase strength and enhance recovery after effort.
